Visitation

The visit of the Virgin Mary to her cousin Elizabeth, who was pregnant with John the Baptist. Mary's greeting caused the unborn John to leap in Elizabeth's womb, and Elizabeth declared Mary blessed. Mary responded with the Magnificat.
