Italian painter of the late Renaissance, active in Venice and her mainland territories. Contributed several tondi to the Biblioteca Marciana ceiling, including "Mathematics," "Virtue," "Nile, Atlas, Geometry," and "Astrology" (later remade by Padovanino).
